P E R S O N A L I T Y To the general populace, Penelope appears to be the type who is loud, outgoing, flirtatious, and maybe just a tad obnoxious. She's not afraid to get into someone's personal space and make a scene, for her own amusement of course. You could say she has a country heart but she's got the flair to be on the stage. Her specialty: acting. And that is precisely why it is hard to understand her. Sometimes, she gets so caught up in her role, she can put it on for days. But putting up such an act for so long is so exhausting, that in truth when she runs out of lines she becomes withdrawn and quiet. Most of the time, when she gets like this, she can be bitter and snippish.  |
B A C K G R O U N D The earliest Penelope can remember her life was being at an orphanage. She didn't remember anything of her original parents, and for some reason never asked the owner of the orphanage what became of them. However, early on she learned that she had to be loud, firm, and a tad mischievious to get things done and get things she wanted in the populated orphanage. At the age of 5 she was adopted. As an only child to this couple, she did get a lot of attenion, but that did not erase her ability to be loud and energetic. This was the beginning of her career in acting--it served to be an outlet for her personality. It's not that she had a sad childhood, but due to her continuous exposure to dramas, she began to wonder where she originated from. One day, she received a letter that she actually had a surviving relative from her previous family, and he wished to meet her. However the letter and package she received were pretty battered and weather worn, and she wondered how old it was--the letter wasn't dated. However, this event inspired her to search and travel the world. Unfortunately, her mission was pretty much cut off quickly when she arrived in Iwatodai somewhere near the start of her travels.. Experiencing the Dark Hour, she came to experience a true horror film. It was then that opened the gates for her to join S.E.E.S. and establish a more or less temporary residency in Iwatodai. |
